Former Factory 2-U Stores, EVP & GMM,
Mary McNabb Joins Board of Directors

PASADENA, CA – October 26, 2001 –Cyber Merchants Exchange, (C-Me) (OTC-BB: CMEE), an international B2B electronic trading company, today announced that Mary McNabb, has been elected to its Board of Directors.  McNabb was most recently the Executive Vice President and GMM of Factory 2-U Stores, Inc. an approximately $600 million      off-price retailer.  During her 11-year tenure at Factory 2-U, McNabb worked closely with C-Me utilizing their Internet Sourcing Network (“ISN”) and patent pending Global Financial Platform (“GFP”) that eliminates letters of credit for international purchases.  McNabb’s significant retail experience includes 18 years in executive management and buying positions at One Price Stores, Yellow Front Stores and J.W. Robinson (now May Co.).

“We’re very excited and honored to welcome Mary to our board of directors,” said Frank Yuan, Chairman and CEO of Cyber Merchants Exchange.  “Her valuable combination of merchandising knowledge; retail management, industry contacts and market experience will add an important dimension to the success of the Company.”

McNabb added, “I'm excited about joining C-Me, largely because of my positive experience in working with them as a retail partner. C-Me offers tremendous value to retailers that could benefit from an import program but don't have the internal infrastructure necessary to support it.  The combination of C-Me's ISN, their global network of offices and manufacturers, the innovative financial platform capabilities and a dedicated management team leads me to believe C-Me will quickly become the leading B2B electronic trading company.”
