PASADENA, CA – October 19, 2001 –Cyber Merchants Exchange, (C-Me) (OTC-BB: CMEE), an international B2B electronic trading company has signed an exclusive air logistics partnership agreement with Rical Logistics. The agreement covers all foreign vendor transactions that require air shipments. Under the terms of the agreement, Rical extends competitive airfreight rates to C-Me’s network of international textile and garment manufacturers in the event that an air shipment is required by the buyer or in order to meet a delivery date. Both companies have offices located around the world.
