Parent of ASAP Global Sourcing Show Grew More Than 3000 Percent

EL MONTE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 15, 2003--Cyber Merchants Exchange ("C-Me") (OTCBB:CMEE - News) - parent company of the ASAP Global Sourcing apparel trade show - has been named Number 101 on the 2003 Deloitte Technology Fast 500, a ranking of the 500 fastest growing technology companies in North America. Company revenues grew an astonishing 3,635 percent from 1998 to 2002.

Additionally, C-Me was ranked number five in Southern California of the fastest growing technology companies in the Los Angeles area as recognized by Deloitte & Touche. Called the "Los Angeles Technology Fast 50," the annual award program ranks by revenue growth technology companies located in Los Angeles, Riverside, San Bernardino, Santa Barbara, and Ventura County.

Frank S. Yuan, CEO and Chairman of C-Me/ASAP Show, credits its patented technologies and niche in the marketplace with the enormous growth of the company over the past five years. "We're thrilled to be honored with this award that recognizes companies based on merit, innovation, and performance," said Yuan. "As the industry becomes more global and trade barriers come down, C-Me is there meeting the needs of manufacturers and sourcing agents by giving them a seamless platform from which to secure product."

To determine the fastest growing companies, Deloitte reviewed fiscal year revenues over five years (1998-2002), calculated the revenue growth percentage over five years and compared the growth of all the technology companies. Making this list is an extraordinary accomplishment for C-Me, which runs the world's largest garment and textile sourcing trade show.

The majority of the C-Me revenue increases came from the company's transactions through purchase and production orders by its retailing and manufacturing customers. C-Me is considered one of the pioneering global business to business e-commerce solution companies. Its seamless systems for allowing retailers and manufacturers to produce fashions worldwide, often without needing a letter of credit, is changing the way the industry thinks about sourcing.

"Growing the top line enough to make the Deloitte Technology Fast 500 is especially meaningful during tough economic times for the technology sector," said Mark A. Evans, national managing partner of Deloitte's Technology, Media & Telecommunications Group. "We congratulate C-Me/ASAP on becoming one of the 500 fastest growing technology companies in North America."
