FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Zweave to Deliver Educational Seminar at ASAP Show

EL MONTE, CA – June 16, 2003 – Cyber Merchants Exchange (“C-Me”) (OTCBB: CMEE), an international electronic trading and logistics company, today announced that Zweave, Inc. – the leader in Collaborative Product Lifecycle Management (CPLMtm) – will deliver a two-hour educational seminar at the ASAP Global Sourcing Show, Monday, August 25, 2003.

The National Retail Federation (NRF) selected Zweave to be the educational keynote speakers – featuring Laura McCann, President of Zweave, and David Buck, CEO.  Together they will discuss “The New Sourcing Mandate: Communicate, Collaborate and Control” – a lively interactive workshop designed to deliver a strategic sourcing roadmap to industry executives.

“We are so thrilled that our show can have leading authorities, such as Laura and David, to deliver this powerful message to assist all ASAP Show attendees in making informed sourcing and merchandising decisions,” said Frank Yuan, CEO of C-Me and ASAP Show.

“When the NRF asked us to deliver a message to their members regarding our service, I couldn’t have picked a more perfect venue than the ASAP Show.  They are the world’s largest apparel sourcing show, bringing hundreds of overseas factories to meet with our clients – the U.S. buyers and retailers,” said McCann.

The Zweave/NRF seminar will convene on Monday, August 25, 2003 from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. at the Las Vegas Hilton Convention Center, Ballrooms D & E.  Attendance is free to all persons who register online at the following link: http://www.asapshow.com/attform.asp.
