FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

C-Me Announces Sandler, Travis & Rosenberg Seminar at ASAP Show

PASADENA, CA – January 14, 2003 – ASAP Global Sourcing Show (“ASAP”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Cyber Merchants Exchange (“C-Me”) (OTCBB: CMEE), an international B2B electronic trading company, today announced that Sandler, Travis & Rosenberg (“ST&R”) will deliver a dynamic seminar – “The World… Post 2005” – to all ASAP Show attendees.

The announcement comes as a result of the continued success of the ASAP Show, and the importance of continued education about current and future global trade agreements.

“We are pleased to partner with the ASAP Show and to be able to deliver such an important message about global trade. The global marketplace has changed dramatically over the past couple years, and will continually change with the pending effects of 2005, when all quotas will effectively be eliminated.  The ASAP Global Sourcing Show has become one of the premiere venues to reach the buyers and manufacturers who are currently positioning themselves to remain competitive in a quota-free world.” said Thomas G. Travis, managing partner of ST&R.

ST&R will deliver the seminar on Tuesday, February 18, 2003 from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon at the Las Vegas Hilton Hotel.  All attendees are asked to register online at (http://www.asapshow.com/attform.asp).

The February 17-20, 2003 ASAP Show will feature over 200 factories from more than 30 countries.  ASAP Show brings the world to you!
