Frank Yuan is
the C.E.O. and Chairman of the Company. Prior to
starting the Company in July 1996, Yuan founded a retail
clothing chain and a men's clothing line and co-founded
UNI-CGS, a computer hardware importer and wholesaler.
Yuan also co-founded United National Bank, Evertrust
Bank and Western Cities Title Insurance
Company and is Chairman of the board of directors for
ServAmerica National Title. He is also the Chairman of
the Board for J.J.J. USA Inc. which is the leading waste
management company in China.
Yuan earned a B.A. in economics from Fu-Jen Catholic
University in Taiwan and his M.B.A. from Utah State
University.

Storch has 18 years of apparel merchandising and
national retail chain sales experience. Most
recently a VP of Uniform Code, a manufacturer for the
largest retail chains in the U.S. Storch was the National
Sales Manager to Tommy Hilfiger line of apparel during its
rapid growth cycle. Storch also developed the client base
of Coca-Cola apparel brand. She began her career as a
Sales Representative with Oxford Industries, an
established apparel manufacturer with a broad retail
account base. Maureen received her BS in Merchandising
from Radford University.

Boon came to C-Me from Robert Half
International, having previously been with Infinity
Broadcasting, a media and marketing organization. Boon's
background in Marketing and Communications and association
with the fashion industry has been an asset to C-Me's
client base, in particular those ASAP attendees who seek
to enhance their market position with the US buyer
community. Boon has assisted manufacturers in
articulating compelling descriptions of their unique
capabilities and strengths. She is currently the
Vice President of her local American Business Womenâs
Association, and is an active member of Toastmasters. Boon
earned her B.A. in Speech Communications from the Edward
R. Murrow School of Communication at Washington State
University.
