international electronic trading and logistics company that is

extranets, or Internet Sourcing Networks (“ISN”), for its
retail partners. The
ISN matches and pushes merchandise to the appropriate buyers
computer desktop. 3) C-Me’s Global Financial Platform (“GFP”:
Patent Pending) allows U.S. buyers to purchase overseas
merchandise without the need of issuing a Letter of Credit
(“L/C”). 4) Logistics, warehouse, shipping, and billing
service for the overseas manufacturers.

Services
ASAP Global Sourcing Trade Show
The world economic
marketplace has dramatically changed in the past few years due
to the unsafe environment for travel.
This is expected to continue as trade barriers and
deregulations are lifted. U.S.
buyers immediately recognized the ASAP Show as an invaluable
resource to locate overseas manufacturers without having to
travel outside the US. Currently
the ASAP Show is the World’s Largest Garment & Textile
Sourcing Show held twice yearly in Las Vegas.
Internet Sourcing Network
The
cornerstone of the Company’s services is its proprietary
Internet Sourcing Network – private extranets built and
maintained by the Company according to each retail partner’s
specifications. These
turnkey systems automate the front-end merchandise sourcing
activities of retailers at no cost, and provide retailers with
tremendous time and cost savings.
The solution the ISN’s create is simple:
ISN’s enable retailers and overseas manufacturers to
conduct business privately, using any Internet connection
without investing in expensive hardware, software or training.
After subscribing to a retailer’s ISN, overseas manufacturers
of any size can get instant feedback about purchasing needs and
decisions. The
overseas manufacturer can then change its strategies to meet
these needs by updating its product line – all over the same
Internet connection. Overseas
manufacturers also receive a broadcast “open-to buy” which
is very important to these same manufacturers that pay a monthly
subscription fee to display their products on the ISN’s.
Global
Financial Platform
C-Me’s
Global Financial Platform (“GFP”; patent pending) eliminates
the need for letters of credit by allowing overseas
manufacturers to ship merchandise to pre-approved buyers in the
United States. Letters of credit have historically been
the predominant means of payment for international trading.
C-Me
pioneered this process by establishing the first tri-party
agreement with The CIT Group and Bank SinoPac in Taiwan. Overseas
manufacturers, buyers, international banks and CIT are linked to
C-Me's Global Financial Platform. Through this arrangement, each
of the tri-party participants play an integral role. First, CIT
guarantees the credit worthiness of the U.S. buyers. Secondly,
Bank SinoPac provides working capital financing and acts as the
conduit for foreign manufacturers to receive payment. Through C-Me’s
GFP, U.S. buyers
can purchase overseas merchandise just as they purchase domestic
merchandise, with open terms and without the need to open
Letters of Credit. Overseas manufacturers then ship merchandise
to CIT pre-approved retailers without payment risk.
Additionally, manufacturers can utilize the platform for
advancing cash flow.
Logistics
C-Me’s receiving, shipping, warehousing, and
logistics services can assist the overseas manufacturers by
shipping U.S. buyer’s merchandise directly. This service is
imperative to the success of overseas transactions with U.S.
buyers. C-Me has
designated the company’s official freight-forwarding sponsor
to be Pacific CMA (www.pacificcma.com,
AMEX:PAM) – one of the largest freight forwarding companies in
the world.
C-Me's
Advantage
A majority of C-Me’s value lies in its intermediary abilities;
specifically in its ability to create an information pipeline
for the retail industry. The
retail industry is fragmented, with thousands of buyers and
sellers connecting sporadically and inefficiently.
The Company believes its ASAP Show and its virtual
pipeline can eliminate cost, redundancy, and system integration
barriers now faced by retailers, and expedite the flow of usable
product information to retailers from overseas manufacturers. These manufacturers will use this low cost, low technology,
high feedback communication system.
The Company’s management understands not only the
individual retailer’s business but also the retail industry as
a whole. Management’s
significant retail experience enables the Company to effectively
create and implement services that precisely meet the needs of
retailers and their overseas manufacturers.
Overseas Expansion
C-Me currently provides U.S. buyers with direct
access to foreign manufacturers.
The Company will continue to leverage its 25 affiliate
offices to aggressively market to these countries.
Also, C-Me will target other strong manufacturing regions
in order to expand our exhibitor base.
